Buff-bones is a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint Health. It integrates pilates, strength training, functional movement and therapeutic exercises and the workout is safe for those with osteoporosis.
The Bone Health & Vitality Program is carefully crafted to improve bone density or
prevent bone loss by building bone density and strengthen muscles around vulnerable areas, like wrist, hip and spine, helping to reduce fracture risks. We work on improving balance, body alignment , mobility and coordination, which are crucial in preventing falls —a major cause of fractures in individuals with osteoporosis or osteopenia.
Absolutely! My classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners. I provide modifications and guidance to ensure you feel comfortable and safe, no matter your starting point. My goal is to help you build confidence and gradually improve your strength and mobility to reach your goals!
Bring a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and any necessary forms (Par-Q+, Waiver, Contract) that you’ve completed. If you require special assistance, please let us know beforehand so we can prepare accordingly.
